30.09.2025 Conference Talk Topic
Why Accelerated Learning is Your Biggest Competitive Advantage
Abstract:
The talk is for those who are struggling to evolve their product based on facts. This is for those who are stuck in the feature factories. For those who want to incorporate feedback but are impeded by external factors. The aim is to emphasize why not just feedback, but a measured learning loop gives teams and organizations the biggest competitive advantage.
This talk is designed to help the audience challenge the ways their teams are learning. It is rooted in empathy, engaging audience members to share their experiences. It is structured to highlight the necessity of focusing on the whole system, from ideation to adaptation and application of insights.
Instead of staying at a high level, this talk identifies six simple areas to inspect and improve, making it easy for the audience to apply in their own environment.
29.09.2025 - Workshop - Game
Title: Train Your Discovery Brain with 50 Problem Discovery Scenarios
Description: In this workshop, we will learn to ask different questions and connect the dots to prevent our own biases.
Problem Discovery Scenarios are fictitious situations inspired by real-life companies and challenges. You can play the game with your product team or just one other person; it works either way. There’s no limit to how many questions you can ask.
Sometimes the problem is obvious and you'll crack it in just a few questions. Other times, it’s vague and takes a while to get to the core of it. That’s kind of the point.
We’ve noticed that many teams focus heavily on delivery, just building assumed value, without questioning why they’re building it. They fall into habits like asking surface-level questions or unconsciously seeking answers that confirm what they already believe.
This game is designed to help teams break out of that mindset. It won’t magically solve your organization’s problems, but it will help you uncover the real problems worth solving.
